Davos

DAVOS is a summary name of original systems developed by ISC for complex computer telephony (CTI), interconnection of computer technology and telecommunications. DAVOS systems consist of a range of independently functional modules, which can be gradually integrated according to the client’s needs and so it is possible to create assemblies, which represent customised solution according to the precisely defined needs of the user. DAVOS also enables to interconnect a telecommunication system with internal company’s managing system and so to ensure the exchange of information.

Davos CS

Communication Server as a part Davos® product family solves relations and routing of calls among different networks, protocols and operators. It can be also fully integrated into networks of telecommunication gateways. Davos Com server can be operate with Davos BILL, which is necessary for the settlement of operators and on-line check-up of credit for all types of used communication networks. Davos Com Server also solves the problems with conversion of used protocols in local conditions incl. signalling SS7.

Davos IVR SERVER

Davos IVR SERVER is a powerful tool containing Graphical Environment for creation customer built structures. The customer can easily create voice information system, ordering system, help desk etc. Davos IVR server contains optional modules like audio conferencing subsystem, SMS server, automatic speech recognition, text to speech, game tool and others. This makes this product the right solution for many service providers, companies, corporates.

Davos BILL

Davos BILL – real time billing system - offers a scalable and highly available architecture, that can be integrated with other applications and technologies. Davos CC

Davos Contact Center – is a modular and powerful solution to drive sales revenues and enhance customer support. Contact Center is such type of service, which is improving the quality of service and making them more efficient for wide range of potential users. It helps turning relationships with customers into profitable initiative, enables closing sales more quickly and provides customers with the help and information they need. Using Davos CRM Contact Manager can be integrated into existing environment.

Davos Observer

Professional call logging system available in three versions - PRIVAT (one or two channels), LITE (up to 12 channels) and PROFI. Enables flexible configuration according the type and number of monitored lines. Easy maintenance, statistics, wide range of supported archiving media (DVD, DDS, DLT, MO, CD ...). Integration with other applications of the Davos product line.

Davos SS7 Gateway

Signalling Units provides signalling system 7 (SS7) connectivity for multichassis call control, wireless or intelligent networking (IN) applications. It can run a wide range of SS7 protocols and local variants, enabling worldwide deployment in variety of applications. Typical applications are SS7 service nodes including wireless nodes – short message service centers (SMSC), home location register (HLR), roaming gateways, intelligent networking service control point (SCP), voice portal, interactive voice response (IVR), voice mail systems etc.

Speech recognition and text-to-speech. ISC entered this brand new area in two directions. Together with IBM company a contract about adaptation of technology ViaVoice into Czech and some other languages was signed two years ago. This opened for ISC some new directions of development: ViaVoice Telephony for mastering telephony connecting systems by human speech and other phatic controlling and communication applications. ISC currenty offers ASR and TTS for telephony as an optional part of the Davos IVR SERVER solution. ISC developed its own technology for converse process - Text To Speech (D@VOS TTS) in 2002, which enables conversion of electronic text into acoustical message. ISC currently works on a new Concatenative TTS together with IBM company to improve the quality of the product with estimated launch by end of 2003.
